Embodying a superhero inspired altær ego isn't something we have to, "play pretend" or "make believe".

Why do we waste our energy, [our most valuable currency], on depreciating thoughts aka supervillans that are: unrealistic, unproductive, and self defeating when the same energy can be transformed into our

What if occupying our thoughts, through the perspective of our heroic altær ego takes: less effort, less energy and is wayyy more fūcking fun?

Both my altar, and alter ego know I am deserving and capable of Superman shit. But occasionally, we act a fool and choose Clark.

I practiced self worship in an as healthy as healthy can be way for a less savory lifestyle.

Sometimes I smoked or drank only when I wanted to, because I, am, in control.

I loved myself and my body: my spirit, inside my body, in a way I never thought would be possible.

I was fragmented and FŪCKED UP.

I found wholeness.

Thing is, there were holes in it.

Leaking life force is an invisible wound.

We don't know we have been defeated, until we have experienced, d e f e a t.

When we realize we have been dominated, rather than conquer, we get upset, lose our shit, and then we fūcking act accordingly.

GetTF uP. Conquer.

Play to conquer is a persistent mind set. It's also a perpetual mind game. It's an activity. A mental monkey mind fūck hobby. An exercise. It's a deep desire and an unyielding discipline to persevere.

When you grow weak, the opponent is implicitly strong. Not stronger. Not strongest.

Remember to play the fūcking game.

Your fūcked up little meat suit sack of chemically compounded “emotions” is going to lose. Every fūcking time. Because, chemistry.

Spending your limited time trying to learn 101 Dalmation techniques to “calm” your nervous system doesn't have shit on waking up and putting on your fūcking cape!

You are broken and fūcked up chasing remedies and retreats and products and packages that will temporarily provide you the sense of playing the game, however, you were just played.

A superhero altær ego is a necessity for the ones who recognize the game, and play to conquer, not to be distracted.
